Tuesday 21        CIRCUIT NETWORK QUIET DAY    10.30am - 3.30pm at the  Friends Meeting House, West Street, Maidenhead. "Life began in a Garden"   led by Rev'd. Mary Austin. A great opportunity for recharging your batteries! Bring a packed lunch- coffee, soup, cake and biscuits provided. Cost £5.

The Brownies will be packing shoe boxes for ‘Operation Christmas Child’ on Wednesday 29th October.

Any donations of gifts or money (£2.50 is needed for each box to cover admin charges) would be greatly appreciated. Please see leaflet on the notice board, or ask Joyce, for details of what can be put in the boxes.

The new CATALOGUE is now available as are samples of the Christmas cards of the consortium of Christian Aid, Cafod and Traidcraft.   If you
wish to place any orders these will be welcome at the Traidcraft stall. The next stall will be on 26  October, followed by 2  November.
Order forms are available or you can use a plain sheet of paper.  I shall be ordering at the end of October........Pam Newton.

Saturday 1 November 7.30pm at St Andrews Church - Mark Topping presents 'An Evening with John Wesley'.
Be entertained by gripping tales from 50 years of field preaching, but  also challenged with a message which is as relevant now as it was in Wesley's day. Get a feel for the founding father of the Methodist Church and learn some amazing things about his life.Tickets are just £5 from members of the Social and Fundraising Committee.  Don't miss this dramatic presentation of John Wesley’s adventures and single-minded drive to "advance the kingdom of Christ."  Highly recommended!


Sunday 2 November, 6.30pm. - All Souls' Day Memorial Service for those who have died.
