'Link To Hope' Christmas boxes

Thank you to everyone who provided goods for the 2024 shoe boxes and special thanks to Joyce Jarman, the organiser!
Joyce and her helpers filled 182+ shoeboxes with gifts for Link to Hope.
Link To Hope’s aim is to help the poorest and most marginalised through education and social care and to change lives by releasing communities out of poverty. They deal directly with trusted partners who deliver the aid directly to the people that need it and therefore see results very quickly. We are very proud that money is not wasted and every penny that is given counts.
Christ’s light is shining in the darkness!
Joyce says: 'A huge thank you to everyone who contributed to the 2024 shoe boxes. Thanks to your generous support we are sending 182+ boxes this year which is a record for St Andrew's. Thanks also to the helpers who came and packed, checked and wrapped them all; it was a long job but a very rewarding one.’
Every year the 'Link To Hope' Christmas Shoebox Appeal is made possible through the amazing support of thousands of children and adults in the UK and Ireland. As a result many thousands of boxes are delivered to children, elderly people & families in Romania, Moldova, Ukraine & Bulgaria.
'Link To Hope' works by taking the gift-filled box and hand delivering it to people in need, with no regard to their background or beliefs. They work with local partners on the ground to ensure that the gift-filled box is delivered with integrity and with respect to the local culture.
